Direct application to UTS

For a few undergraduate courses you need to apply directly to UTS.

Direct applications for:

  • Autumn semester 2012 courses open in September 2011.
  • Spring semester 2012 courses open mid April 2012.

Application form

To apply directly to UTS use the applicable form:

Copies of these forms are also available for collection from UTS Student Centres.

Courses available for direct application are listed on the forms.

The forms include detailed instructions on how they should be completed, provision of documentation, and lodging your application.

Check your application

Prior to lodging your application form, check that:

  • all relevant sections have been completed
  • the form is signed and dated, and
  • all supporting documents have been securely attached with the application form on the front.

Ensure that all copies of official documents have been certified correctly.
UTS: Student admin provides details of how to correctly certify supporting documents.

Do not:

  • enclose your application in any sort of binding, and
  • include examples of your work unless specifically asked to do so.

Offers

Offers are made progressively - as assessment is completed by the relevant faculty.

Offers are made progressively via mail, for:

  • Autumn semester 2012 from December 2011 to mid February 2012.
  • Spring semester 2012 in July 2012.

Both successful and unsuccessful applicants will be advised by mail. Offer advice sent to successful applicants includes enrolment instructions.
