Undergraduate intakes
Non current school leaver applications for UTS undergraduate courses open twice a year for:

Autumn semester
Autumn semester commences late February / early March.
Autumn semester UAC 2012 applications open - 4 August 2011.

Spring semester (mid year)
Spring semester commences late July / early August.
Spring 2012 applications open – 4 April 2012.
Steps to apply
Step 1 - Entry requirements for getting into UTS
Check that you:
- Meet one or more of the eligibility criteria for UTS admission - this is required in order to submit an assessable application.
- Can demonstrate your English language proficiency.
- Meet one or more of the admission requirements for the course(s) you wish to apply for.
Step 2 - Additional selection criteria
Check if the courses you want to apply for have any compulsory or optional additional selection criteria.
Step 3 - Apply!
For the majority of courses, lodge your application and optional additional selection documents through Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).
A limited number of courses are open for spring semester (mid year) application. UAC lists these courses.
Direct applications
For a small number of undergraduate courses (e.g. honours degrees and Adult Education courses) you need to apply directly to UTS.
Record of exclusion or failure
If you have a record of exclusion or failure, in any previous tertiary studies, you are required to declare those studies in your UAC application.
You must also submit an additional supporting letter to UTS.
Undertaken previous studies?
Once accepted to UTS, you may also be eligible to apply for credit recognition.
