Entry pathways
UTS recognise that not all future students come straight from school, and people have other elements in their lives that can affect results.
This is why there are a number of entry pathways for non-current school leavers to increase your chances of getting into UTS.
Access schemes
If your education has been disadvantaged and this has affected your grades, the UTS access schemes may help you gain access to UTS courses.

Past study
To boost your application by:
- Studying a related course at UTS; or
- Attending another educational institution;
Past experience
You are considered a non-current school leaver if it's more than 6 months since you finished school - this in itself doesn't qualify you for entry into UTS but some past experiences may help your application. Find out more about:

- Mature age entry - if you're 20 years of age or older
