On campus

Gigs

Some of Australia's most exciting talent has performed at UTS.

The city campus bars, The Glasshouse and the Loft, offer live music as well as weekly entertainment activities and are great spots to hang out with friends in between classes.

Events

There are loads of events held on campus throughout the year, from art exhibitions, band competitions, outdoor cinema screenings, to Fair Day.

Festivals

  Celebrating international music, food and dance and brings together students and staff of all nationalities. If you want to rumba or rock, dance the samba or beat it out with the African drummers, it's all there.

Day trips

Not all uni events are held on campus.
The UTS Union organises some great off-campus adventures designed for everyone. There are loads to choose from, including harbour sailing, surf and ski weekends and even wine tasting in the Hunter Valley.

There's also the Australian University Games where the athletic prowess of over 6000 students from 42 Australian universities is tested, with the elite few given the chance to compete in the World University Games.
