What you can do with a degree

A degree is essential if you want to go into professions like law, teaching, science, architecture, engineering and many others. For other professions, like business, accounting, nursing, design, IT or journalism, having a degree can give you better employment and salary prospects.

Degrees are also internationally recognised, so you could work abroad. After you graduate, you might also want to take further study which can advance your career further or take you into academic work.
