If you need personal help, UTS and other unis have student services which offer counselling, health, careers, financial and housing help.
Academic help
If you need academic help, your lecturers and student services are always there to help you. UTS also has lots of study help programs, to help with things like:
- academic writing
- library research
- tutoring from other students who have passed your subject
- maths, chemistry and physics
- life skills, career and study success
If you have a disability
The UTS special needs service provides a range of services for individual students with disabilities or illnesses, including making sure that any provisions you had for the HSC are also provided at uni. It's a good idea to contact them when you're thinking of applying:

Jumbunna Indigenous House of Learning offers support including help with the application process, ongoing personal and study skills support and financial assistance.
